Timetable Overview

Aug-24 - This video offers a brief overview of the Timetable solution, covering its key sections: Parameters, Base Zero & Base Real, Timetable, Final Report, and CII. Each section's purpose is explained, highlighting how they collectively track voyage progress, manage fuel consumption, and generate detailed reports. This introductory video provides a foundational understanding of the tool's functionality.

Parameters

Aug-24 - This video explains the Parameters section of the Timetable solution, focusing on the Params_Voy and Params_Constant tabs. The Params_Voy tab is used for entering voyage-specific parameters, such as vessel details and fuel consumption rates, while the Params_Constant tab manages constant data like the port registry. The video details how these tabs set the foundation for accurate voyage tracking and analysis throughout the Timetable.

Plan & Actual Datasets

Aug-24 - This video focuses on the Base Zero and Base Real tabs, guiding users on how to properly input data. Base Zero is where planned timestamps for each port call are entered before the voyage begins, while Base Real is used for logging actual timestamps as the voyage progresses. The video provides clear instructions on how to feed these datasets accurately, ensuring the Timetable can generate precise projections and reports.

Timetable

Nov-24 - This video delves into the Timetable tab, breaking down each strip to explain its components in detail. It covers how actual and projected port calls are visually represented, including the color-coded strips, timestamps, and the impact of simulations. The video helps users understand how to interpret the Timetable's visual presentation, ensuring they can effectively track and manage the voyage's progress.

Simulation

Aug-24 - This video explains the Simulation panel within the Timetable solution, showing how users can simulate vessel speed, operation movements, and ETA/ETS datetimes. It details how entering a simulation for one port call affects all subsequent calls through the cascading effect. The video provides practical guidance on using the Simulation panel to explore different scenarios and their impact on the overall voyage schedule.

Report

Aug-24 - This video covers the Final Report section of the Timetable solution, focusing on time and cost deltas, as well as the progressive CII panel. It also explores the charts that represent fuel consumption and costs by region, providing insights into the voyage’s efficiency. The video helps users understand how to interpret the report's metrics and visualizations, enabling effective analysis of the voyage's performance.

CII

Aug-24 - This video explains the CII tab within the Timetable solution, which features CII panels displaying Carbon Intensity Indicator scores and grades based on Plan, Actual, and Simulated data. The video guides users through interpreting these panels, helping them assess the environmental impact of the voyage and make informed decisions to optimize CII performance.
